NEIGE - The only “snow” that warms up…

“Who would have believed that one day cider could compete with grand dessert wines?”
Bruno Quenioux, Head Sommelier, Lafayette Gourmet, Paris.

Produced since 1994, Neige apple ice wine is produced through natural cryoconcentration. Offering the perfect balance of sugar and acidity, Neige is characterized by a rich amber color and a distinctive fresh apple flavor with a vanilla finish.

Although ready for immediate consumption, Neige can be aged and savored for several years. Served cold (6°C), it is a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to cheeses with a slightly nutty flavor.
